What we collect

• Your account details (name, email) and business profile.
• Emails and calendar events from accounts you choose to connect (Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook).
• Invoices, expenses and receipts you add.
• Your conversations with your TeamMates, and basic usage information used for fair use and security.

How we use it

Only to run your TeamMates for you — triaging, drafting, reminding and reporting. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Content is processed by AI models solely to produce your results.

Keeping it safe

Each workspace can only see its own data. Connection keys are encrypted, receipts are stored privately, and nothing is sent from your mailbox without your approval while a TeamMate is on probation.

Your control

You can disconnect any account, clear example data, or ask us to delete your workspace at any time. Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it.
