- 1
Create your business account
Sign up with email or Google and tell Ada a little about your business.
- 2
Connect Gmail or Microsoft 365

You stay in control
Approval first
On probation Ada can't send anything — replies wait in Approvals. Auto-sending routine replies is optional and only once you trust her.
Disconnect any time
Remove Gmail or Outlook access from Settings in one click. You can also revoke it from your Google or Microsoft account.
Your data stays yours
Each business only sees its own data, connection keys are encrypted, and we don't use your email to train AI models.

Questions
- What does the £1 first month include?
- Full access to Ada for your first month for £1 + VAT. After that it's £49/month + VAT unless you choose annual billing (£500/year + VAT). You can cancel before the month ends.
- Which email accounts work?
- Gmail (with Google Calendar) and Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com (mail and calendar). Some Microsoft 365 organisations need an administrator to approve the connection first.
- Will Ada send emails on her own?
- Not to begin with. While Ada is on probation every reply waits for your approval. Later you can let her send only routine replies — and switch that off any time.
- How many people can use it?
- Each subscription covers one business account with your connected mailbox and calendar. Normal small-business use is included under our fair use policy.
- Can I disconnect or cancel?
- Yes. Disconnect Gmail or Outlook in Settings at any time, and cancel your subscription whenever you like — you keep access to the end of the paid period.
